The workouts are 1 hour.
Yes, in addition to your 2 or 3 training sessions a week, you will have 24 hour access to our club with a personal key fob.
You have the option of paying in full for your 6 week commitment or weekly payments can be made towards your total.
The workouts are 60 minutes of flexibility, mobility and strength base exercises, addressing the whole body.
If you miss a scheduled personal training session, we encourage you to make it up. There are sessions happening on other days and times throughout the week that you can attend as long as you coordinate with your coach.
